Client Says Dismissal is a “Miracle!”

Motion to Adjudicate Guilt (Indecency and Sexual Assault) – Dismissed

In early October 2017, Don A. Hecker represented a client charged with Indecency and Sexual Assault.  After conferring with the client and researching the case, Mr. Hecker filed a Motion to Adjudicate Guilt to dismiss all charges.  The client, on probation at the time, was relieved and thrilled to be released and was given another chance on probation.  The client, attributed this outcome to a “miracle.”  While divine intervention may have been at work, having an experienced trial lawyer with a proven track record worked hand in hand.
